Rates & Policies

Students are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations.

In the case of unforeseen emergencies or sudden illnesses, exceptions may be considered. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss such situations.

Whenever possible, efforts will be made to reschedule cancelled lessons within the same week. Availability for rescheduling is subject to both the student’s and the teacher’s schedules.

Lessons missed without prior notice will be charged at the regular lesson rate.

For online lessons, technical issues on the student’s end should be addressed before the scheduled lesson time to minimise disruptions.

In the event that I need to cancel a lesson, reasonable notice will be provided, and a makeup lesson or a prorated refund will be offered.

Lessons missed without proper notice are non-refundable.

Payment for lessons is accepted as cash or via PayPal or bank transfer.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated via WhatsApp, phone call or text message.
